Sixteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Reading I: Wis 12:13, 16-19

There is no god besides you who have the care of all (NAB, Wis 12:13a).

Father, all peoples are your chosen ones. You offer your own divine life in the Holy Spirit through the Word who is present to all at every moment and in every place. May we overcome any notion that we may have that some of us are more privileged than others, for your unbounded love goes out to all of your children.
